"Uninhibited: The Cher Project" is the first full length album by Paul and is the ONLY album celebrating the music of the most iconic woman in pop music history: CHER.

With John Ballinger taking inspirational direction from Phil Spector, John produced, arranged and played on every track, with Paul taking inspirational direction from the Bible of Bono: Sonny Bono that is. What remains is a High Lonesome-Soul that ultimately pays honky-tonk homage to the Goddess that is CHER.

“When we broke down some of Cher’s dance anthems, what remained were good old fashioned torch songs,” says Paul. “Every Cher hit that echoed on the dance floor were as solid as any Roy Orbison heartbreaker or Sonny Bono masterpiece. That’s what we wanted to do with these songs, to sand down the layers of club music and bring out the natural beauty of some really well crafted songwriting.”

“Uninhibited:The CHER Project” is a play on Cher’s iconic first perfume of the same name. As a nod to the original copy from the 1989 fragrance campaign, this album too is “bottled but NOT contained”, with Top Notes of Rock n’ Roll, Middle Notes of Rockabilly Soul, with a Dry Down of Country Pop.
